Stacey Bryanton was a decoy carver. He also made ornamental carvings of other birds – crows, sea gulls, geese and also larger flying geese. He signed his work with a stamp: ‘S.B.’

Edmund Doucette made painted and unpainted carvings for most of his life and after retiring he made carved and painted scenes of Acadian life on the farm in Prince Edward Island. He has been collected by both museums and private collectors.

Arthur Macneill. Sculptor. Woodcarver. St. Peters, Prince Edward Island. Active mid-20th century.
Arthur MacNeill carved people at play and at their occupations including horse drawn farm equipment as well as wind machines and whirligigs. He worked with ‘as found’ materials and bright primary glossy paints. He has been widely collected privately and by museums. He usually signed in script on the base.
