Thomas Rector

Thomas Rector. Sculptor. Woodcarver. Halfway River, Nova Scotia. Active 1980’s -.

Thomas made sculptures of people using ‘as found’ forked tree branches and colours. His people came in all sizes. He also made carvings of people and more occasionally animals. He signed his work.Thomas Rector’s people are in collections around North America. He showed his work at the Lunenburg Folk Art Festival.
