Bertrand Saint-Pierre made naive carvings of people and animals. He used primary colours and worked in Pine. Bertrand Saint-Pierre’s work was charming – he didn’t hesitate to pain a horse bright red. His work is not often found. M. Saint-Pierre sold in local markets and along the highway in Charlevoix County. His work was usually signed.
