Roy Penny

Roy (Roosevelt) Penny. Sculptor. Cape Sable Island, Nova Scotia. Active late 20th century. The last name may be spelled ‘Penney’.

Roy Penny was one of the Cape Sable artists. He carved and painted decoys and made other ornamental carvings of birds; particularly water birds. All in paint.
